A. Gandimathi, the Managing Trustee and Director of our NGO, is a seasoned social worker and High Court advocate with 36 years of experience in the development sector. A researcher, gender trainer, and activist, she has led impactful campaigns against sex-selective abortion and female infanticide while championing child rights and women's empowerment.Through her leadership, she has significantly contributed to advancing the rights and welfare of marginalized communities.

Jesu Rethinam, Founder and Network Coordinator (till 2023), now serves as a Consultant for our NGO. With expertise in administration, networking, legal and media advocacy, and public speaking, she is a skilled resource person and trainer. Till now, she has made significant contributions to the organization's strategic growth and advocacy initiatives.

Ranjani K. Moorthy, Trustee of our NGO, is an experienced researcher, OD facilitator, and gender trainer. With expertise in internal evaluation and organizational development, she also serves as a resource person for training and research initiatives. Her contributions have been instrumental in strengthening the organization's focus on capacity building and advancing gender equality.

Dr. Rohini Devi, Trustee of our NGO and Principal of Ambika College for Women, holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics. She contributes to the organization as a resource person specializing in legal and media advocacy. Her leadership and expertise play a vital role in enhancing the organization's strategic initiatives and educational outreach.

Manoharidoss, Financial Trustee of our NGO and Director at ISM, holds an M.A. in Economics. With expertise in legal and media advocacy, he serves as a resource person and has been trained by the Dhwani Foundation. His contributions are focused on financial oversight and providing strategic support to strengthen the organization's initiatives.
